<description>&lt;p&gt;A simple, relatively inexpensive solution (see link below) to many of the city&apos;s water problems and as a result, a solution to far reaching issues created by the metropolis&apos; insatiable search for water.  Afterwards, we can turn the aqueducts into something more valuable, like a freeway.
