Might be a good time now to start letting the city / MTA know that we&apos;re not happy with what Norman&apos;s (not) been doing --

I actually didn&apos;t know that public defecation was legal! What are the city policies and deadlines for getting that shit cleaned up?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
