Indie Coffee Shop Gets The Boot
At one of the most northernmost ends of the Valley, a great coffee shop, Tia Chucha's Cafe and Cultural Center, is set to sail goodbye. "Sandra Cisneros, whose book 'The House on Mango Street' has inspired millions, has read here. Chilean hip-hop artists have performed, too, drawing hundreds of youths. There are Aztec dancers on Mondays and film screenings on Wednesdays." (Daily News)
