Westside Rentals Gets an "F" from the BBB

westside rentals gets an f from the better business bureau

In a strangely underreported story that we can only see being discussed on a few local blogs, it appears that the Better Business Bureau has given Santa Monica-based rental giants Westside Rentals an F-rating.

LA Voice yesterday reported that a commenter on West LA Online had just pointed out that the BBB had bestowed a failing grade to the apartment and house rental company due to not properly offering $10 refunds to qualifying members.

Westside Rentals, which has been a westside staple for the last ten years, is not a member of the BBB; last summer los anjealous accused them of funny business.

Westside rentals what a rip off these boiler room merchants flood the paper with hundreds of bogus adverts.

Call on anything and you will be told yes its available or be re-directed to a bunch of outdated rental listings.

Go on test them out Make up a property and say you saw it advertised is it still available?
You will be told ‘Yes’ and we have others, you can call Westside up make up a dream home in a dream spot and hey presto aboiler room telemarketer will make that one magicaly become available.. Talk about Bait and Switch!

It's about time people are making a stink. WSR is a big ripoff.

Westside rentals best known for its bait and switch tactics is simply a company filled with sales hungry staff who will lie to make a sale.

WSR has a C now, look at their competitors, Apartment Huntez and Ez Rent List, the have F ratings by BBB, i think we should boycott all rental agencies, but if your gonna sign up, you a more likely to find a place with WSR
