Welcome to the weekend my little ones. Other than the local teams the NBA is lighting up the dial all over the place tonight. During your busy weekend don't forget that "The L Word" and "The Apprentice: LA" are coming back on Sunday.

"The Great Train Robbery" (TCM, 5:00 p.m.) Michael Crichton directed this 1979 version of his novel about the 1855 robbery with Sean Connery, Donald Sutherland, and others

"Ghost Whisperer" (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) Desperate spirits pull on Melinda somewhere.

"Las Vegas" (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) It's a shame that this is where I have to go to see James Caan.
"Mars Attacks!" (TCM, 9:00 p.m.) Tim Burton's sci-fi spoof, no commercials yo!

"Bubba Ho-Tep" (IFC, 9:00 p.m.) This is indescribable, you just gotta see it, it features Bruce Campbell so you know it has that comedy/horror thing going on.

"NUMB3RS" (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) It's a hot Friday night featuring polygamy, rape, and murder.

"Charlie Rose" (PBS, 11:30 p.m.) Conductor Zubin Mehta and writer/columnist Calvin Trillin

"The Late Show with David Letterman" (CBS, 11:30 p.m.) the Donald Trump, Mary Lynn Rajskub from "24"

"The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" (NBC, 11:35 p.m.) Bald football guy Terry Bradshaw, award-winning baker Marjorie Johnson, Papa Roach performs

"Late Night with Conan O'Brien" (NBC, 12:35 a.m.) Cedric the Entertainer pushing 'the Cleaner', John Pizzarelli does his Sinatra rip-off jazz thing
