Today - Tuesday
Clippers @ Jazz (PRIME, 6:00 p.m.)
Coyotes @ Kings (Fox Sports, 7:30 p.m.)
Ducks @ Sharks (KDOC, 7:30 p.m.)
"Emeril's Kicked Up New Years Celebration" (FOOD, 8:00 p.m.) Watch this show with a bottle of vodka, any time Emeril says "kick it", "notch", or refers to the band or the schmucks in the front row, take a shot.
"29th Annual Kennedy Center Honors" (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) Andrew Lloyd Webber, Zubin Mehta, and Dolly Parton to be honored. This is where the infamous Jessica Simpson performance of "9 to 5" flopped but has unfortunately cut in its entirety from the broadcast.
"Big Day" (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) A double-header of this wedding "comedy".
"The Kid From Brooklyn" (TCM, 9:00 p.m.) Can I get a shout out for Danny Kaye? This is a somewhat early Kaye film ('46) but he's definitely got his chops down in this one. He stars as a milkman who becomes a boxing contender after knocking out the middleweight champ by mistake.
"Wild Strawberries" (IFC, 9:25 p.m.) Ingmar Bergman's surrealistic classic. Not really spiritually uplifting but your Swedish Chef impersonation will be dead-on after you watch this.
"Charlie Rose" (PBS, 9:00 p.m.) Cate Blanchett and director Richard Eyre seem to be the only late night offering to not be a rerun tonight.
Jessica Simpson via AP - Simpson will _NOT_, repeat _NOT_ have her flop performance broadcast on the Kennedy Center Honors tonight

Jessica just looks effing crazed
This is a Danny Kaye shoutout!

You won't beleive this, but just the other day I was saying how I need to watch me a Danny Kaye movie!
