umm, am i expected to get into some sort of argument or pissing contest now? because that's not the intended purpose of this post, or any other post of mine, for that matter. my posts are about, well, food. keep jesus and his level of representation in LAist's food coverage as the dessert you order up for yourself at your own table. or keep weighing in with your two cents on the other comment thread you rode in on.

I read through this entire so-called "Eating LA's Best of 2006" list, and I was appalled to see not a single mention of the significance of that number 2006 in the title--namely, the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, 2006 years ago yesterday. Apparently, this so-called "food blogger" has a malfunction when it comes to mentioning what I like to call the "causation of the enumeration"--Jesus Christ--and that malfunction shows clearly in this so-called list.
