LAst Night's Action: Kings Don't Rule

Blues 5, Kings 2 - Trailing for most of the game, the Kings tried for a third period comeback. They scored two goals in the first 3:30 of the period, but St. Louis responded with two of their own to put the game on ice. The Blues are still in last place in the Western Conference, but inched within 5 points of the Kings and have played two less games.

Elsewhere - ESPN's Desmond Howard picked against Texas in the Holiday Bowl. That wasn't a tough pick, since Texas isn't playing in the Holiday Bowl. He later appologized.
