<description>&lt;p&gt;Same thing happended to me couple of weeks ago.  I was called Cingular from my boyfriend&apos;s cingular phone though.  They were still very adamant that there was an outage.  What really happened was that my sim card broke.  I had to call them three times before the would replace it at no cost. My phone was only three mos. old. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
