Storefront art: Good Luck, Sly

Rambo's Tacos

We're not sure if the realization of "Rambo IV" actually hinges upon the success of "Rocky Balboa" next week at the box office, but if it does, we're buying our tickets for the latter now.

True, we've always loathed Rambo movies (perhaps even more so, Rimbaud movies), but something tells us this one could be different. If our favorite Lord of Flatbush can get the bankroll from "Balboa" to just bring a certain Eagle Rock taco truck mural to the screen, we can practically guarantee Sly a real comeback. Forget about boohoo pugilists regaining their former glory - that helicopter is shooting holes in John Rambo's Super Big Gulp! Kick some commie ass, Machine Gun Joe! Save your encurtido! Greenlight this, and it's only a matter of time before Cuff and Link get their own feature film. We swear.

Rambo's Tacos is parked from time to time at the corner of Eagle Rock and York Blvds.
