LAst Night's Action: Spurs Love LA

Tony Parker pretends to listen to Gregg Popovich, but he's really thinking about the post-game with fiance Eva Longoria. We don't blame him.

Spurs 103, Clippers 81 - San Antonio has a love/hate relationship with Los Angeles. Four days ago, they routed the Clippers at home (love). On Sunday they lost to the Lakers at the Staples Center (hate), then stayed in LA on Monday and smacked the tar out of the Clippers (more love). They sprinted out to a 16 point lead in the first 7:41 and never looked back. Tony Parker scored 21 points to lead the Spurs, then went home with fiance Eva Longoria (whole lotta' love). Elton Brand commented that the Spurs are "difficult to defend against." OK, maybe it's more of a love relationship than a hate relationship.

Lakers #1, 5, 8 - I guess it depends who you ask.

Elsewhere - If you are a swimmer or bicyclist, you may shave more than most people. If you have a sense of humor, this is THE FUNNIEST WEBSITE OF THE YEAR. Don't stop at the intro. Spend some time checking out the entire thing. Trust us ... If you think you know about football, you should probably know about the real Heisman and why he made the game what it is today ... The NFL draft process wasn't so kind to Mike Williams, but the NBA may take better care of Randolph Morris ... USC fans who yearn for the glory days can still tune in on Sunday ... The NBA has given up on the new synthetic ball. They had more to say about it then than now.
