Deal Yourself a Deal from a Deck of Dining Savings

here are some cards from the CozmoDeck and if you buy them and use them you will save $15 off your bill at each restaurant. Cool deal!Stocking stuffer alert for the foodies on your list!

When it comes time to make New Year's resolutions, oftentimes at the top of ours is "Try more restaurants!" And this is when "new" is a relative term; sometimes "new to us" is as good as new, if not better. But then as any given mealtime approaches, we find ourselves scrambling for ideas: Where should we go? How much of a dent in the wallet will this adventure make? While LAist can't solve all your problems, we can do our darndest to make dining--and deal-finding--a lot easier.

Enter the CozmoDeck. It's a pack of $15 off-your-bill savings cards good for 50 top local eateries. You can "pick a card, any card" your way to a new spot, draw one off the top once a week for the year on date night, or make up some funky poker game all your own with them--any way you play it you're going to save some bucks and get some eats. Participating restaurants include 25 Degrees, Traxx, Luna Park, Red Pearl, Cha Cha Cha, minibar, and more. Each deck is $35, and the fine folks at CozmoCard will even let you build your own deck from participating restaurants for a friendly $65. We'll do the math for you: 50 x $15=$750, less a $35 or $65 investment=savings of $715-$685! (Of course, you know you can only use one card per visit; we just needed to remind everyone just in case.)

Now here's where we get all infomercial on you: There's more!

For LAist readers, CozmoCard is offering an additional 10% off the deck. Just enter the code "LAIST" when ordering to get the extra slice off the bill.

To order, go to the CozmoCard site, and don't forget your LAist savings!

Are these guys legit? I can't find any contact info or way to email them with questions. Just wondering what the CozmoCARD is vs. the "deck"?

it's legit. i've gotten those stacks of cards for free, but there's an expiration date (usually the end of the year) and like a $40 minimum.
