<description>&lt;p&gt;toes unscathed - &quot;Heroes&quot; does look pretty good but I don&apos;t think it has the legs either. The failure of the Madonna show was entirely predictible, in fact I was surprised that basic cable didn&apos;t score higher. Things aren&apos;t going to get better for NBC since they slashed their workforce and plan to introduce more &apos;reality&apos; shows, as if that&apos;s some kind of panacea.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
