"Mildred Pierce" Tonight at the New Beverly
Sonic Youth loved the Joan Crawford film so much that they not only wrote a song about it, but shot this video around Hollywood.
The 1945 film is being screened tonight at the New Beverly with the original version of "The Postman Always Rings Twice" as part of a noir double-feature.
Bonus points if you wear your Sonic Youth shirt to the movie.
