<description>&lt;p&gt;warning:  don&apos;t believe the parking meter people.  I asked one if I could park at a certain spot (drive way but boarded up construction site), they told me yes, and I got a ticket.  I don&apos;t know if they gave it to me or another meter maid but they don&apos;t seem to collectively know what the hell they are talking about. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
