Looks Like the Midterms Did Matter

Jon Stewart might be funny, but it looks like this little chestnut is going to have to be shelved for a while.

Turns out that even though it's tough to beat an incumbent, if you're running against a guy like Rick Santorum you can cream him by almost 20 points.

Sadly, not everyone in the Hershey State trusted that all the votes would be counted:

Meanwhile in Pennsylvania, a man who reportedly believed Republicans were conspiring to steal the election using new electronic ballots entered an Allentown polling site, signed in and proceeded to smash the screen of one of the electronic voting machines with a paperweight. The man then sat, with his head down, and waited for police to arrest him. - Globe and Mail

Allentown is a world until to itself. But as a native Pennsylvanian, Santorum getting out is a slice of heaven.

Casey Jr. who won - sound familar? His father was a Senator too. Name recognition goes a long way with older voters.
