You know what's criminal? The fact that Weller received only 18 years in prison for killing 10 people. That's less then 2 years per death. I'm pretty sure if I took a gun into a crowded public space and shot 10 people, I'd get a helluva lot more than 18 years in prison. I guess you can get away with whatever you want if you're batshit crazy AND 86 years old.
he hasn't gotten any time yet. he's not even in jail. he could get up to 18 years, or no time, just probation. the sentencing hasnt yet occurred.
