It’s not every month that Los Angeles magazine prints a cover that incites violence. The good news is that there are actually two covers, the one not shown depicts a hot UCLA spirit squad member named Katie, emblazoned with the words “Why UCLA Kicks USC’s Sorry Butt”. Not to worry though, Trojans won’t take offense to this since they seldom read.
Disappointingly, there isn’t an article to go with the cover, just a smorgasbord of UCLA vs. USC trivia. We will spare you the details so that you can go take a look for yourself. In the meantime, here is some insult fodder to use when in the presence of a Bruin/Trojan:
USC stands for:
- University of Spoiled Children
- University of Second Choice
- University of Special Connections
UCLA stands for:
- U Can’t Learn Anything
- Ugly Cheerleaders Laying Athletes
- University of Caucasians Lost amongst Asians

Two of my favorites: University of South Central and Under Construction Like Always.

Thanks Wendy!
Let's throw University of Slutty Cheerleaders and U Clowns Lost Again on the list...
I started to read this post, then I realized it was written by a bruin and I lost interest.
Fight On & Beat Everyone!
-Rob, who's trying to figure out if there's any way both teams can lose in South Bend tomorrow.

University of Sex Criminals
If they want to keep me as a subscriber, they'll send the UCLA cover to me.
Oh give me a break. UCLA kids are so smart. UCLA kids are so advanced.
Listen, just between us, the Internet, and Google - UCLA grads end up begging for grants from organizations that USC grads run.
And USC grads rely on UCLA law grads to defend them when they get in trouble.
Los Angeles Mag somehow knew to send me the UCLA issue. Well done.
Evan - when I say that UCLA grads end up relying on USC grads for their jobs and salaries and you say "UCLA-educated lawyers work for and get paid by USC grads"... well, regardless of anything else, you're not doing a credit to any argumentation courses you may have taken during the course of your UCLA matriculation.
