"if you aren't doing anything illegal (or your name isn't mohammed) you don't have anything to worry about." are you really serious?? i'm flabbergasted. oh, ok so basically it's ok to give up our rights in the name of this bullshit "war on terrorism"? it's ok to give up our freedoms in the name of freedom? do you have any idea how ridiculous that is? are you so blind as to think our farce of a government won't use this against innocent people? what if someone accused you of being a terrorist or assisting terrorists because they had some kind of a grudge against you? if they had enough of a convincing story, you'd have NO recourse. no way to force anyone to provide incontrovertible proof that you were indeed a terrorist. wake up.
