I dunno about all of Los Angeles, but it's not a bad approximation for the USC campus... you need more people riding bikes while talking on their cell phone and oh-so-casually refusing to use their other hand to hold their handlebars.
And you wonder why people in LA can't drive. Most people who are fortunate enough to immigrate here learned how to drive in enviroments like this and now are on our roads and freeways.
