I was pleased to read that various arbiters of reality were successful in shaking loose a few "cosmetic" edits from the cold, dead hands of the ABC/Disney dilettantes. However, this 2-part piece of sensationalist “entertainment” is still a largely fictitious work of imagineering.

Shame on ABC for trashing the time-honored tradition of blurring relevant fact and fiction in the News, by branching into Docudrama. In the future, kindly remember that cheap-shot, dramatic reenactments of life-altering tragedies should be confined to the ranks of infomercial stardom, and political efforts to warp public perception and manipulate personal opinion should be reserved for the evening report.

If we allow partial truths and whole lies to pass through the cheesecloth of “entertainment”, it will be that much harder to explain these "historical documents" to the Thermians.
