Ther is a lot of well known artist from Oklahoma like Gregg Griffin and Richard Mullins of Blah Blah Gallery, Jim Blanchard, David Salle,Bruce Timm all very good artist.

Hooray! Great Q&A with a great L.A. artist. Among my most treasured books are two beautiful collections by COOP: "The Devil's Advocate" and "The Big Fat One." As far as "satanists," they're really just "fun libertarians." When I think of Satanists, I think of Sammy Davis Jr., Anton LaVey and Coop. All good people who never started a war, never blew up a country and never enslaved a people ... unlike, say, Christians.

Great artist, but I don't get this quote by COOP, " "Evil" is a construct designed by organized religion to brainwash man into denial of his true nature, to trade fun hedonism for pious hypocrisy." So, is he saying there is no right or wrong, so murder is okay? I do agree that some religions due use the guilt card. Great interview.
