i teach at a school in the community that sunset junction is supposed to provide youth services for. honestly, i haven't seen where that money goes. i'm haven't seen how it has affected my school, or the students at my school.

if someone would be kind enough to lead me to a site where they publicly list where their money is spent, i'd really appreciate that.

i work/live/play in los feliz/silver lake/echo park. i would give everything i had to help the kids of those communities (as a teacher, i've come quite close). i have no problems donating another $15, if i knew where that money was going. when i spend $400+ dollars a year on my classroom and kids, i know exactly where the money is going.

i don't think i should pay to get in. it's not because i'm cheap. it's a matter of principle.
