Tonight's midnight movie takes us back to those simpler days when Venice Beach had weirdos and freaks who told jokes and hustled the tourists. Kidding. What this reminds us is that even though it's packed in the summer, sometimes it's nice to be part of that crowd that just strolls up and down the boardwalk. Because what good is people-watching when there's no people?
