Hey Oren, did Eric forward you this post I sent him. No way you found it on your own!! If I knew your sign was on the sidewalk, I would have ran my bike into it, claimed an injury and sued you. GB! :)

I am not refering to any specific city ordinance. I am referring to a liscence issued by the city of Los Angeles that my office has on file.

Mr. Barkan, I'd like to know what ordinance you're refering to. I can't seem to find anything in writing to support your claim of placing signs on the sidewalk.

I was perfectly within all city ordinances. Real Estate brokerages are licensed with the city of Los Angeles to place open house signs. And no I don't read the Daily News. I spend too much time on the web...

Real Estate signs have a special consideration if they put them up the day of the open house and remove them that same day... so says the real estate folks!
