As of April the CEO of American Apparel had been sued for sexual harassment 3 times. One case was dismissed. One case settled outside of court. One case was still pending.
Apparently he creates a very sexual work environment and the question of whether it constitutes sexual harassment is a matter of legal interpretation. But, it's interesting nonetheless.
