OMG Commercials: Snakes on a Plane, Spider-Man 3

You know you've got a good thing going when people are linking to your new commercial. And they're doing it for free. And everyone will be excited to see it.

Yesterday New Line released the new Snakes on a Plane commercial, which Yahoo! apparently got the exclusive rights for. That's another sign you're far too lucky -- when people negotiate to have the exclusivity to show your commercial.

If Snakes on a Plane turns out to be not really good enough to make a ton of cash, and not really bad enough to be a cult classic, maybe they can get Sam Raimi to do to it what he did with Evil Dead 2 -- take the pretty bad original and turn the sequel into cinema majesty.

Raimi's latest work, Spider-Man 3, also had its trailer released yesterday. It's much better than Snakes on a Plane's commercial, mostly because one is lacking Kirsten Dunst. The one with Kirsten Dunst is available for viewing right below the jump.
