Our semi-irregular feature focusing on the strange signs, billboards, placards, scrawlings, and advertisements that make up the landscape of our beautiful Los Angeles skyline.
This billboard, located prominently near the Sunset & Vine intersection in Hollywood, has someone managed to stand the test of time, and has remained up for four months past the event it was promoting. Not only that, but it really makes us wish we had made it to that "one magical night". When will Shlomo and Shalom get together, if ever, again? That must have been a mind-blowing concert. Well, we're taking comfort in the fact that the billboard is still around to remind us.

I saw a billboard this morning at the corner of Sawtelle and Pico. It was red and all it said was "My Boogers Itch." That's it--no pictures, no anything else. Help!
Those guys are like the James Taylor and Jackson Browne of Israel.
I believe the weird ones about boogers and pooted is for a Cartoon Network show.
Even longer is that "The Room" billboard down LaBrea towards Sunset. I used to commute that way and that dude with the creepy face was on that fairly sized billboard. I saw that it was still up last week.
Here is a pic, but wish i had the actual billboard pic. Look familiar?

Holy CRAP! Bernie, you are so on the money. That IS the most disturbing billboard I've ever seen. Good call, how could I forget it.
The Room billboard is a classic, as is the film. A must-see if you haven't already (which I'm assuming you have).
Oren has a point, these guys are huge in the Israeli/Hebrew music scene. There's a chance these two will perform together again, but chances get slim to see them together on stage in the states.
