The Return of Batwoman (and Glamourcon)

DC Comics is resurrecting the Batwoman character (1959 - 1976) as a lesbian for their "52" series, a collaboration between different writers with serial weekly episodes. DC is trying to introduce superheroes who don't fit the usual white male superstereotype.
Out.com writes: "Gotham City's sexiest socialite knows more than how to throw a party. Kathy Kane also knows a bit about throwing punches—and she introduces herself to comic book readers by striking her ex-girlfriend right across the jaw."
And if that's not hot enough for you, you can count down the eight days to Glamourcon, the yearly convention celebrating pin-up art, glamour, Playmates, and fantasy women, with Golden Apple Comics. They're very excited about having Linda O'Neil and Dita von Teese at their booth.
Remember, if you can draw it in your spiral notebook, you can take a picture with it at the Radisson LAX on June 10 and 11. (Thank you, Art School Confidential.)
