Enjoy the Impatience

Today, CBS 2 reports that Americans are more impatient than ever, ending their story with "the more money and education you have, the more likely you are to lose your patience."

Here in L.A. the obvious comes to mind and we have to ask: are we really impatient, or do we just enjoy the thrill of high speed, no matter how silly or dangerous it is? While natives and veteran transplants might be more immune to crawling speeds, some have lost their patience for those who don't use turn signals, those who cut and those motorcycles that drive between cars (it's called lane splitting and it is actually legal).

Our advice for those moments of choked traffic is easier said than done and may require some fun tools, but Charlotte Joko Beck at the San Diego Zen Center said it best - "Enjoy Traffic."
