Dodgers Discount

Looking to catch a Los Angeles Dodgers game this week on the fly? How about a little incentive by way of discounted tickets? LAist got the tip that for the Astros series on May 10th and 11th the Dodgers really want a lot of fans to show up and so are offering $10 off for all “Field Level” and “Infield Reserve” tickets. Prices are usually around $30 and they are being offered for only $20, which for behind homeplate and along the baseline is a great deal.

The catch: you have to buy them through Ticketmaster and enter “KRAGEN” in the promotions and special offers section. Spend that extra money on a beer and a Dodger Dog and well, that’s about as far as $10 stretches in baseball these days, but you get the point.

Cool promotion, but since you have to buy them on Ticketmaster, and they charge an $8 convenience fee, $2.50 pick-up fee, $5.95 printing fee, $7.42 paper recycling fee, $1.99 toys for tots collection fund fee, & a $2.51 fee for getting your wallet raped, it ends up being cheaper to buy the tickets at the field. But whatever - some people like that kind of stuff.

Yeah ticketbastard can get you down, but it's the thought that counts.

You can get discounted Dodger tickets at Goldstar Events.com
They regularly discount tons of entertainment events including sporting, theatrical, cabaret, etc. Just got Stomp tickets at half price.
