RUSH WINS BIG! Face saving gesture for the Prosecutor. Think about all the unjustified waste of money going after Rush. I imagine $30,000 is probably just part of the piddle.

Jason, the original AP report (that we link to) had no information about the timeframe in which he allegedly doctor-shopped, although it now appears that it came from the investigation of his previous bust. Back then, before he made OxyContin famous, Rush regularly told listeners that drug users should be jailed.

Opioid Medications can be some of the most helpful medications out there, however they can cause addiction of the worst kind, the morphinian addiction. By Far the worst obsession out there.

Not to be a Rush apologist...but Rush wasn't "busted again." He was formally arrested and charged today for the allegations of fraud that first surfaced a couple of years ago. Rush has claimed to be clean of oxycontin since a stint in rehab more than a year ago. I know he's an easy target, but you should get your facts straight before shooting off at the typewriter!
