<description>&lt;p&gt;The first thing Tony Snow needs to do as White House press secretary is set everyone in the administration up with myspace accounts.  It will make his job a lot easier.  

He then needs make everyone take a bunch of surveys to find out what 80s sitcom star or superhero they are.  

All of his press releases should be made in the form of bulletins with the words PLEASE REPOST in the subject line.  More people will know exactly what&apos;s going on this way.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
