A Few More Hours of Cheap Eats

As we mentioned last week, don't forget that it is Canter's 75th Anniversary today. And for a whole three quarters you can get a Hot Corned Beef sandwich on Rye with a pickle, potato salad and a chocolate rugula (limit one order per person).

A line has been going out the door all day long, averaging a 10-15 minute wait. It's dinner time right now and we can't imagine how long the wait is now. Luckily, there is some time left as the deal ends at 12:00 a.m. tonight.

Beware though, according to Canter's MySpace profile, their marital status is marked as "swingers". Because of that (we're just not into that kind of meat), you might catch us across the street at Nova Express noshing on cosmic vegan pizza and a Galaxy 69 smoothie.
