Lunch News: Closed Freeways, Glendale Pimping, Wacky Weather

If you were stuck in traffic this yesterday morning on or near the 710, well, it was closed for 4 1/2 hours. Nothing like a police standoff to start your morning commute.

Apparently, the City of Los Angeles spends $117.2 million on bonuses. That's number one on the top ten list for defeating the city budget deficit.
