I'd like to see how you'd perform after being on the road since August . The author would have suffered her 19th nervous breakdown by now I'm sure . The NFL was not tumbling dice when they hired the Stones for the show it was their guarantee that they'd get a huge television audience . I believe it was the largest in 10 years ! the Seahawkls - Steelers matchup certainly needed as much help as it could get .

What are people talking about? bad sound...time to retire... Mick looked fit and trim, showed more energy than most 20 year olds, and these ol'men put on the best superbowl show ever by a very long shot. When I realized it was the real deal - I cranked the sound thru my audio system and was dancing in my living room. to each his own - I wonder who the naysayers thought was a better show -Janat J? Areosmith?...ed

The Stones sounded like a garage band? Excuse me, how about the exact reverse. Every garage band ever to pick up guitars has tried to sound like the Rolling Stones. And with good reason. That's why the similar sound there. That is, they bloody INVENTED this crap. Yeah, they are old. Yes, they are not the vital, spry chickens they once were. It's just a shame they can't get any passing respect at having reached their dotage. These days, old blues guys get treated like the wizened grandmasters they surely are, even though they too were once snot-nosed twenty-year-olds wailing away in juke joints. But no, no respect for Mick and Keef. I guess they've just been too famous and present during their long, long careers: they didn't have a chance to fade away and be "rediscovered" working in a London post office. I say cut 'em break and show the boys some love for not being dead by now.

It looks like anyone could earn the title of editor....you just don't know sound when you hear it...BULLSHIT sound crew has no reflection on the kick-ass sound that came out of those men....get a life and some gastroc muscles....

Why couldn't she just come out and say that the Stones sounded terrible? It would have saved us alot of trouble reading the whole article and still not finding out if she thought they were good or not. Personally, I think they should make this their last performance. They should face the fact that they're too old to do stuff like this. I thought mike was gonna have a heart attack!

In short, it was poor...blame it on the sound system...the producer...whatever. After seeing the halftime show I am so glad I decided not to buy any of their concert tickets.

Yes let me say I am a Stones fan, but they sounded terrible!! Mick was way out of key.. Maybe he couldnt hear the rest of the band or something but I think I saw like 400 stage monitors so should not have been an issue. The really say part! The Stone's charge like $1200 for a nose bleed ticket! I hope they sound better than that! My guess, they are old and probably lipsing 99% of there stuff anymore.

You really are lame. You also seemed very confused. Or at least your review sure confused me. What exactly were you trying to say regarding the Stones show? You call yourself a person who is qualified to review concerts and then you don't actually say any thing that makes sense or is "New." Guess what the Stones are a rock and roll band. And that is what they delivered. And we liked it. But I can't tell if you did. Do you really get paid to write such wishy washy clap trap?
