Actor love at the SAG Awards
Years ago there was graffiti downtown LA -- on a building that was razed for the Japanese American Museum -- that read WHEN WILL SHE STOP ACTING? We're assuming, when it comes to the Screen Actors' Guild Awards, which are televised to millions, that nobody stops acting. We expect everyone to be glamorous, exhilarated, appropriately humble, and fabulously ON.
Since we're in LA, we know some winners already, even tho the local broadcast is still in red-carpet mode. Those Desperate Housewives (pictured), they're obviously winners. Rachel Weisz takes supporting actress for The Constant Gardner, just like she did at the Golden Globes.
Fun on the red carpet: Matt Dillon burps into the E! microphone. Twice. Love Matt Dillon!
We know that one winner cites the craft service table as one of his favorite things about acting. Another says she loves hair and makeup.
Back on the red carpet, Hilary Swank and Cheryl Hines are in the ponytail brigade. It's the hair statement of the evening. but the red carpet is over and the awards begin. More from inside the awards.
