I agree with you on the Next Food Network Star---Guy and Reggie are both unique and entertaining. Also, agree with you on Rachel Ray. I have never been able to warm up to the "hot" chef-sation. I've never been able to stomach an entire show.

Indeed, Elixir left H&H, but I can't complain about the replacement (of course, the L.A. outpost of Beard Papa's). Authentic has been an excellent standby for years.

I concur -- Beacon is waaaay overhyped and v disappointing. Service there is truly abysmal. But I s'pose Rachael Ray had to hit the hot LA places. Too bad her intellligence source is sadly out of date.
