<description>&lt;p&gt;I just realized that your reviewer did, in fact, eat the red mole--it&apos;s all over the chips.  The place is just a festival of mole.

<description>&lt;p&gt;See, you failed by not getting something with black or red mole.  Guelaguetza can be amazing if you know what to order.  My advice: keep it simple.  Pollo coloradito is what I recommend to newbies.  I live within walking distance of the Palms location so I eat there at least once every two months.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
