<description>&lt;p&gt;You missed the point.  I was praising the ER staff for their professionalism.  If it came off any other way, that was not the intention.

By the way I do have a day job, as do all the [volunteer] LAist staff members.  We do this out of a labor of love.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
