<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah. I took a walk through downtown Glendale today and the Christmas decorations were going up all the way down Brand Boulevard. Earlier, I swear, than last year. What with the unseasonal weather, I wonder if they&apos;re trying to give people a little extra time to get used to seeing holiday decor and hence in the spirit of the season? 

Wait a minute. No one in city government would have that kind of foresight. 

Scratch that.
