This story of a local student photographer getting investigated (harassed?) by the authorities for taking pictures reminds us of another story from a little over a year ago of a similar situation further North along the Pacific coast. We're not suggesting that those who fight potential terrorist threats shouldn't be zealous in their efforts but we haven't heard much about farer skinned folks being cuffed and having long files created on them for taking legal photographs. Is this the two Americas everyone is talking about?
In other news...who knew Valley College had a paper online?
