In Hollywood (specifically at Hollywood Center Studios), the power was out for about a minute, and then came right back on. The traffic lights are still out, however.

Poquito Mas on Olive came through, too. They cook with gas stoves and took orders with the help of a calculator and steno pad. Viva la analog.

I just traipsed over to L.A. City Feeds and it seems like every keyboard jockey in the L.A. blogosphere jumped on this incident like it was The Big One.

We were out for a good hour, along with most of North Hollywood. But thankfully, if you're ever hungry during a power outage, Chinese Delight on Lankershim cooks with fire and still makes ass-kicking chow mein in the dark. Viva Chinese Delight!

The power was out about 1 hour here in Burbank (near Studio City). We're back online now. Back to work...
