I'm upset about this as well, although I tend to redeem the cards fairly quickly. It's a shame that a few jerks have to spoil this for the rest of us.

Personally, I hope they start using smart cards. It would cut down on clutter - I always ended up with 5 or 6 half-punched pink cards. It would also help thwart "coffee criminals," as the chips are harder to duplicate than their pink paper counterparts.

I'm heartbroken over this.. I've been a loyal CBTL customer for years - I don't have unused punchcards as I redeeem the cards as soon as they fill up, but it's still sad that it's come to this.
