<description>&lt;p&gt;Food at Katsu-Ya is fantastic, yet the mandatory valet thing in that strip mall can be a drag. I made the mistake of intending to go for lunch by my lonesome on Monday w/o calling ahead of time, and then not staying b/c the wait was too long. It felt pretty foolish going back to get my car from the valet less than five minutes after they&apos;d parked it. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
