We're sure that someone is wrapping up a November sweeps script as we write this featuring Rush and Valens trekking to New Orleans to grab up a gang member wanted for a 12-year-old crime. That's exactly what happened last week for the LAPD Cold Case Homicide unit. Detectives Vivian Flores and Tim Marcia used DNA evidence to secure an arrest warrant for Charles Augustus Jones for the murder of Mara Robinson on June 9th, 1993. Jones has also been accused of assaulting a woman in similar fashion in 1995 but that woman survived.

While you're checking out CBS's Cold Case site, be sure to watch the "Getting Away With Murder" video clip which features the LAPD CCHU.
