<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah but that&apos;s like saying: do you want to see these things in black &amp; white?  They&apos;re not that pretty and uplifting, so we&apos;ll use outdated video technology to show them to you.

It&apos;s not that they want to sensationalize these disasters with high definition fanciness, merely that they are keeping up with the technology and advancing with it.  Also, they are keeping up with law that will require them to make such upgrades to their equipment when the government forces HD on all of us.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
