That's my street (Montana), and we don't know when it went up but it is really funny and disturbing in person. Plus, we're kind of freaked out because there was also a pile of baby doll parts on the corner nearby, but they were picked up on trash day. Otherwise I'd suspect some sort of toy serial killer.
