<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m no economist, not by far, but if there were a rail line from Santa Monica to downtown, perhaps it would boost the economy -- people going downtown to shop, eat, museum, etc. I&apos;d be at that gorgeous downtown library at least once a week if I could take a train there, instead of take my chances with my health and sanity weaving through the fields of SUVs in my little hybrid.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
