The holidays are right around the corner, well down the next block really. It seems like every commercial district in Los Angeles is having a sale. Each week, LAist will try to identify upcoming markets where you can find unique gifts. Let us know if you hear of any as well.

Swedish Christmas Fair

Bustamante Antique Show and Sale features collectibles and antiques ranging from 18th century tapestries to art nouveau, deco accessories and jewelry. 11 AM - 5 PM

The Center for Arts in Eagle Rock, featuring paintings, clothing and more from some of Northeast L.A.'s most talented individuals. 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. Center for the Arts, 2225 Colorado Blvd., Eagle Rock. $5 suggested donation.

Painter Jeff Kies and photographers Andrew Ward and Paula Symonds host a holiday art show/sale. 3-9 PM Andrew Gray Showroom, 4648 Hollywood Blvd. Free.
